One of Nigeria’s Flying Eagles in the 1999 to 2000 era,
Bello Mohammed, one of the Flying Eagles’ strongholds in his playing days has turned a security man to ensure a meal for himself and family.
Fondly called “Bello Sudan’ in the Nigeria’s Flying Eagles in the 1999 to 2000 era, is a sorry sight at his security post at the private facility he guides.
He picked up the nick name ‘Bello Sudan’ because of his stamina on the pitch.
He was a rock-solid player always ready to give his life on the field of play.
Reports have it that Bello had laced his boots in some domestic clubs including El-Kanemi Warriors, Yobe Dessert Stars, and Zamfara United.
Among his teammates in Nigerian colours include the likes of Isa Hudu, late Justice Christopher, Christian Obodo, Kelechi Okoye, Olaniyi Olayinka, Austin Ejide and a host of others.
