Acclaimed Nigerian heavyweight boxer Efe Ajagba has joined the role call of dignitories to congratulate Mr Azania Omo-Agege on his emergence as the Interim President of the Nigeria Boxing Federation (NBF).
Efe Ajagba’s congratulatory message was contained in a very short video made available to our correspondent on Monday.
He emphasized the significance of Omo-Agege new position within the NBF, while also commending him for his dedication to the development of the sport of boxing in Nigeria, and believes his leadership will contribute significantly to taking the game to the next level.
Efe Ajagba, who was a product of several IBA tournaments noted emphatically that he looks forward to collaborating with Mr Omo-Agege and the Nigeria Boxing Federation with a view to lifting the game of boxing to a higher ground.
Since his emergence as the Nigeria Boxing Federation interim president, Omo-Agege, who is also the interim president of the Africa Boxing Confederation, (AFBC) has been receiving congratulatory messages from several other well meaning Nigerians who feel his emergence would lead to a massive development of boxing in Nigeria.
